Windows Task bar not working at all

Ok so i have had windows 10 on this pc for a while now. and i restarted my computer about 4 hours ago because it was starting to get a little bit laggy for example in ts i could hear my friends repeat words but they were not.

Then after i restarted my pc it was taking a bit of time to load but when i got in i saw that the icons on my task bar weren't there and i couldnt search. this has happened before so i restarted my pc many times but still no luck.

If anyone knows how to fix please help.

Seems to be a corruption of the OS. Try a system restore prior to when the issue began or a repair install and see if your issue is averted. Can you please pass on your full systems specs? Have you made sure your BIOS and device drivers are up to date?
