Windows 10 no colour and desktop background options

Hey Guys,

On my Windows 10 Home desktop i don't have the option to change colour, desktop background, sound and screen saver.

in the photo below thats what i am missing. How can i fix this issue?

Sounds like you're using a pirated/unauthenticated copy. Check to make sure the authorization is valid and then try updating the computer

its definitely valid i bought it from a valid store.

no just my own set of images.

Might be a silly question, but you have installed you're video card drivers right? Under device manager it lists your video card correctly? Anytime I've had issues with Windows desktop themes, colors, and screensavers its been due to issues with the video card.
