My son has a new gaming pc since Christmas and we are getting lots of crashes with error messages. Usually BSOD.

I have looked online and it is stating that they are usually driver related.

I have copied the minidump files into google drive, can somebody please have a look and see whether they can find the culprit :)

Hopefully that works, if not give me a shout.

Thank you

xx

Your culprits:
fvevol.sys
hal.dll
HDAudBus.sys
storport.sys
dxgmms2.sys
nvlddmkm.sys

Your systems specs are incomplete:
CPU: i7-xxxx
Motherboard:
RAM:
GPU: PNY GTX 980Ti
HDD/SSD:
PSU:

First off all, perform a repair install and then proceed with reinstalling your Audio drivers, the storage/chipset/SATA/USB drivers then lastly move to reinstalling your graphics drivers with the last stable version or the latest off of Nvidia's site. If teh BSOD's are coming too quick to do anything, go into Safe Mode and then proceed with above instructions.
