Windows 10 - Taskbar Freezes Constantly, PC Settings never opens, Calculator takes 2 minutes to load.

I just got a fresh install of Windows 10 on my PC. The biggest problems are that my PC Settings will never open no matter how much I try. The taskbar keeps freezing time to time. Task Manager takes too long to open. Calculator takes too long to open. Does anyone else experience any of these issues? I encountered these issues yesterday and they still persist. Or is the best solution to get Windows 7 on my PC instead of 10?

Make sure you are fully updated. I had similar issues a fair while ago but they seemed to get better with updates.

If you still have problems after you know you are fully updated run SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt.

1) Press Windows Key
2) Type CMD
3) Right click Command Prompt and hit Run as Administrator
4) Type: SFC /scannow
5) It will scan for and repair/replace any corrupted system files that may be causing problems

Thank you WestonG but to no avail are these solutions. Thank you for your attempted help. SFC /scannow in admin console fixes some files but some files were unable to be fixed. The problems still persist
