Looking for a good 1080pGaming monitor under $200

Hey guys, I recently got a new (second hand) rig and was looking to upgrade my monitor I currently use http:// this. As that's about as good as my old rig could handle.

My new Rig specs are:

i7 4770k
16 GB ddr 3 1600 MHz
GTX 660 (will most likely upgrade to a 780,970, or sli another 660)

Current monitors I have been looking at are mostly benq as I like the idea of zero flicker and I hear they have really good QC.

also one of those benq 27" are AV the other TN Doing some research I found that AV is superior in contrast but are they any good for gaming? that monitor supposedly has a 5ms response time.

Anyway thanks for any advice/suggestions u can give as there is a lot of choice out there.
