Temperature Discrepancy Question Bios vs. Hardware Monitor

Hi Quick Question,

In the msi Bios, it shows my temperatures of my CPU and My motherboard.

CPU= 17 Celsius
MB= 26 Celsius

Shortly after, exiting the bios and booting up, a hardware monitor such as Speccy or CPUID HWMonitor

CPU= 6 Celsius
MB=13 Celsius

Could someone please let me know why these are different. Is one more correct than the other?
I just wan't to safely monitor hardware because I haven't yet pushed my new rig.

Is this an AMD system? None are correct (unless your system is in a freezer), but that isn't important. Full load temperatures is what counts.
