Looking for some help picking a motherboard matching existing components. Firstly, I have been an amd fanboy for sometime now, but the existing am3+ are not peeking my interests. I am strictly a pc gamer bf4, csgo, The division if it doesnt suck.. My current set up consists of:

am3 6300+ (basicly underclocked)

asrock 970 extreeme 4 (reason for underclock)

corsair gs700

corsair vengance 1600mhz 16gb 4x4

fx 7950 (was not this price when I bought it, )

and a 144hz asus monitor.

Usually I don't re use parts, but I have no use for a 3rd computer and these parts have been strong thus far. I am hoping the memory matches a good board that I can upgrade later.

I'd like to have an I5/7 maybe a 6500/6600. Any help or opinions (intel or otherwise) would be welcome as I am having a hell of a time making up my mind.

budget for cpu/mb: $350 usd
