Windows 10 BAD_POOL_CALLER again and again! Need desperate help!

I need to type this quickly before it happens again. I got the BAD_POOL_CALLER 3 times already on my new(ish) built PC. Once on Friday while watching a Youtube video, again today while watching another YouTube video and then 2 minutes after I rebooted my PC after the blue screen.
What can I do to stop this!??! Anything!!! (Except over-the-top extremely experienced PC professional stuff, can't really do it)

It is most likely a driver doing something to the RAM (like deleting a block it doesn't own) so start by updating all your drivers and see if you can't upload the error dumps from it
