Very weird problem with windows 10. Please help

Hey all,

I have a very weird problem with windows 10. My laptop starts fine, but when I go to the tab update and security in settings it simply will not load and the page is empty I also can't click on anything.
The weirdest thing is whenever this happens I try to go to my Hotmail page and it simply will not load all other webpages load just fine.
This issue always fixes itself when I restart my laptop, but when I shut it down for a while and start it up again the problems start all over again. I am getting sick of restarting my laptop everytime.

Prior to this I was messing around with my harddrives(SSD) security options I think I did something. Anyway I can restore it to default settings?

Doing a factory reset doesn't solve this issue.

I've been able to fix a few problems with this trick.

1. Search "CMD"
2. Right click and select "Run as an administrator"
3. Type: sfc/scannow

This will fix any corrupted windows files. Did you upgrade to Windows 10 or do a fresh install?

Hey thx for the answer. I did try this trick, but it didn't solve my problem. My windows 10 came pre-installed.
