How should my fan setup be with the Hyper 212 Evo?

I ordered one of these since I'm going to use it to OC my G3258 to 4 GHz. After I ordered it, I realized I have a spare fan from a previous build. If I were to use another fan in my case, how would I arrange that?

You want the fan to be pushing air through the heatsink towards the rear exhaust of the case. Here's a pretty clear photo:

If you set up a second fan, it would be best to attach it to the rear exhaust.
