Random Freezing in Windows 10 PLEASE HELP!!

When I am using some graphically intensive programs like the Adobe Creative Cloud or some products of the autodesk graphic design suite, the entire computer freezes and I am forced to do a hard reset. I have a EVGA GTX 750 ti so I don not think that it is the issue. Also, this issue is new, it just started happening a few days ago.

I dont know what happened but ut suddenly stopped freezing its fixed
