Does Microsoft Update the Windows 10 iso regularly?

I am thinking of performing a clean install of Windows 10 from the Windows 10 iso file which is available at Microsoft's website. I had download it about 5 months ago and since then there have been a lot of changes to Windows 10. So, should I download that iso again or should I use the iso which I had downloaded earlier. I don't want to get in the trouble of downloading a hundred different updates after the clean install. Please help guys...

Im not sure but I doubt it matters much. Any needed updates will be downloaded and applied after you install the OS automatically probably on first shutdown or sooner. Your still likely going to have 100+ updates anyways.

I believe its been updated several times since it first came out. That's not to say it's updated to the current version every single day though. I just don't think you'll find yourself downloading months of updates from a fresh ISO.
