My new second monitor is having screen tearing issues

Hey everyone!
Today I just received my new second monitor,
I was very excited and plugged it in, and started it up!
Right when I started it up, I noticed that there was screen tearing with everything that I did!
I have a 144hz monitor as my main, and a 60hz as the new second monitor that I received today, and I am not sure if that is the issue.
I am trying to fix this as soon as possible, so if you know anything on this topic please respond!

I have the same problem but both my main and second monitor are 60hz displays and only happens when gaming

I figured out the answer, for me it was that Geforce Experience was running in the background which caused the screen tearing!
