Recently I started using windows 10. Now I faced a problem.One of my folders i opened and closed. Next time when I opened it , I found the folder disappeared. Why? in my 25 years experience I never find such a problem. I checked the recycle bin. No use. I tried system restore. No hope.Is it problem of windows 1o ? Please help to restore my lost folder if possible.

You may not see a folder that is hidden.
Possibly a windows 10 update has reclassified your folder as a system folder that should be hidden.
There should be folder options that will allow you to view hidden folders.

Let me be more explicit.
Go to control panel/folder options/view
Under hidden files and folders,select show hidden files and folders.
You can also uncheck hide protected operating system files .

Why you lost your folder all of a sudden, I do not know.
What kind of changes might have happened in between?

Is it possible that some malware is playing a part?

Can you use system restore to reset back to a point when the folder was visible?

Smit is right. Missing files are an indication of a failing HDD. Get all your good stuff off of it, as quick as you can.
