NO not worth the extra $40, you know what the SC has over the stock? it has a factory 150MHz boost which will get you anywhere from a massive 1-3 more FPS in games, i would say get the NON SC 750ti and OC it my 400MHz and call it a day.

Get the least expensive one. The difference in performance isn't great enough to justify paying more for it and certainly not that much more.

If I can make a suggestion, you could gather a bit more money and invest in a GTX 960 instead, which would last you longer and give you overall better performances by quite a big margin :

Yeah its not worth it dude. I asked the same question and the difference between the oc version and the non oc is nonexistant. Why? Because you can overclock the normal one anyway. The main difference is that you get a few extra frames while not breaking your warrenty

The idea is good and all, but there is a big problem with that. I don't have a Power Supply capable of handling that. My PSU is a 320 watt it reccomends a 400 watt power supply.
