Reset my operating system and now it won't boot

I used the Windows 10 rest pc feature and selected the options to delete everything off of my drives. There was a problem during the installation and I clicked the option to boot back into windows 10. The laptop just boots into the MSI splash screen over and over again.

Yeah it definitely sounds like it didn't install properly. During boot, you should see various buttons for different options, one of them should say "restore" or something to the like. Assuming your laptop has a restore partition built into it, that will get the reinstall going for the laptops native operating system.

I can't see anything and I've tried all of the usual keys for booting into the bios so I can try installing windows off of a disc.

What do you mean you can't see anything? When BIOS posts there are no keys you see designated for different functions?

I mean I don't see any options to restore or whatever. It just goes to the splash screen and repeats.

Alright, so you have to research what the buttons are. Look up your make and model and see what the proper buttons are for restore, BIOS, etc.

Yeah, I've managed to get into the BIOS and changed the order in which my computer is supposed to boot, so that it loads from the CD Drive but it's still doing the same thing. Any ideas?

I turned off UEFI and It's using the proper boot order now. Thanks for your help anyway
