Is WIN10 blocking pirated SW?

At job i am using pirated Adobe programs (i occasionally need them, not every day). So how is it if i install licenced WIN10 on my work PC? Will there be anything wrong or will it be the same?

BTW, all versions of Windows will run pirated software.
