Windows update error code 8007045D

Hi

I have recently tried multiple times to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but it has kept giving me this error: 8007045D

I have tried every suggestion on how to fix it that I have found including unplugging peripherals, doing a clean boot and running a disk check but it is still not working. Therefore I am looking for any help anyone can provide.

Have you tried doing a clean install of Windows 10 instead of doing the update?
