Installing Windows 10 OEM from external optical drive

I got Windows 10 OEM from amazon. It is in an external optical drive. How do I
- Transfer it to the SSD
- Make an administrative and non-adminstrative account

Anything else I need to read or know about it?

Also, before I connect that computer to the internet I want some antivirus software on it. Should I download it on another computer and put it on the other computer via a flash drive?

Is the SSD already in your PC? If so, just install from the optical drive to the SSD.

W10 comes with Windows Defender, so you'll have some level of anti virus there already. Then you can download whichever AV software you want, from there on
