What monitor shall I get...

Well I have been pondering about what monitor I should purchase.

I have a GTX 980 and i7-6700k. Usually even though it doesn't match the hardware I bought, I play League of Legends, Garry's Mod, some CS:GO, going to try more games.

So the choice here is a widescreen 60hz monitor (bit cheaper as well, like the large screen features):

Or a 144 hz never heard of the brand in my life monitor:

What are some thoughts?

Thanks to those who respond or took the time to read!

Yes, if it means running on the TV for awhile to get that 32" 1440p - do it.

My logic is that if you can do 144hz, youre not running high enough textures & res. Until we have life-like graphics AND spare GPU power , then we should seek higher frame rate. 60hz is fine.

Save up and get a larger monitor. 21:9 at less than 30+ inches is ridiculously low vertical height. You'll be scrolling all day and your index finger will get RSI. Plus not all games and software is compatible.

You can run 1440p with a 980. You need 1440p with larger monitors so you dont see individual pixels. Forget 144hz.
Save up and get a 32" 16:9 1440p monitor for $500. It will last many years and builds and will be the single best thing you could ever do to your PC.
