stuck on windows logo after trying to install windows 10

I just built a pc and im trying to install windows 10 and I finally got windows to actually start installing but it never goes past a blue windows logo screen. Can anyone help?

Do you have the installation media (CD/USB) at all? If not, you'll need to create one using the Windows official media creation tool here: (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install). This has the download link for the tool as well as a guide on how to use the tool.

I have a windows 10 disc. Im trying to install windows on a new computer.

Is it the disk itself that won't load or the new installation?

the setup screen comes up when you start the computer to boot or go into the bios and when I put the disc in the windows logo will pop up and then it never goes any further.

Now after being on for a while it says it needs to be repaired and a error called 0x0000225.

I was able to fix my problem. I ended up having to make a usb to install windows 10. Something about the external drive that it just didn't like I guess.
