Help me find the right CPU Cooler

I have Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 mobo with an AMD FX-6350 proccessor, my case can only hold coolers that are smaller than 150mm . I also have Memory that has large heatsinks on it (Corsair Vengeance) I need one that would fit my case and possibly under $45. Thanks!
