In a pinch, my 4 year old laptop bit the dust last night and I need the cheapest option to get me through the next 5 months. I will only be using it for papers in school, surfing the internet, and the occasional torrent. Surely I can find something for =300$ or so before tax?

Hello... NO... I'm just posting some other places and options... Your Office software IS reloadable for another laptop/drive use.
