Monitor messed up, any ideas on how to fix?

So i was watching netflic when my monitor started acting up and did this.

I've called customer service at Acer and they couldn't find an issue. So if i can't figure anything out, i'll pack it up and send it in for repairs.

does it do it all the time now? do you have or can borrow a monitor for testing purposes to see if your videocard is doing this if problem still happens on other monitor? have you tried another video cable? try your monitor on another computer to see if still have an issue or not.
