i can sign in but after dat its totally black..nd f8 fnctn dsnt work..

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, unplug it from the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it back up and see if it will load Windows normally.
- If these doesn't work, while in the black screen press CTRL+ATL+DEL at the same time and select Task Manager.
- Once opened click on File then click on New Task and type in explorer.exe then click OK.
- If these doesn't work do open Task Manager again and disable all the startup item on Startup tab then reboot your PC and see if it will load normally to your desktop screen.
- Next to try if all these will not work is to load into Safe Mode.

Please follow these guide to load in Safe Mode.
- Open Task Manager again click on File then New Task and type in cmd.exe and click OK.
- Once Command Prompt is open please continue with this link.

If all these will not work your last option would be to reinstall Windows 10.
