Need a Monitor 1440p IPS for Photoshop, 25' and above,sub $450.

Hey guys,I am buying and building a computer for my mother.She currently uses a old Optiplex 3020(or 3010? not sure) with a Dell 19' monitor from pre-10's while I still use a Samsung TV at 1050p,at least it's better than 900p (1440x900). :lol:


Please try to find a monitor without color bleeding and with lots of colors.It's all about those colors,man.

Anyway,could someone please find me a monitor of the specs that I posted in the title and above? Could you also go extra and tell me what input to use?
