I have to choose between two displays LG 22MP65VQ-P AH-IPS - VS - AOC I2276VWM IPS

I have to choose between these two displays.
My preference is to reduce eye strain, mostly from reading. Now they are both IPS (LG is AH-IPS not sure if that is better) and they are both flicker free. It says LG is flicker safe but I think that is the same thing right?
I would appreciate any advice on this matter.

Both are IPS, with 5ms response time.

DO you need a DVI connector?
The LG has it, the AOC does not.

They appear very similar, however the AOC has a higher dynamic contrast ratio.

Can you look at them in person? Frankly they are pretty close to each other.

I would personally probably choose the AOC for its higher dynamic contrast, if I couldnt compare them personally.
