Looking for a budget 24/27 inch monitor

I'm currently looking at this on. 27 inch
They also have a 24 inch version for 140$ 24 inch. I have a gtx 770 so any ideas for like 450$ budget for 2 monitors (total)?

I would personally go for the first, as I prefer the VA panel type, over any other LCD.
