Error code 0xc00000e9 while installing Windows 10

So Im installing Windows 10 on my newly built pc. So I put in the installation disc in the dvd and start installing it. On my monitor you see the Windows 10 logo for 5-10 minutes with a black background. But after that the screen changes and says "Recovery, there was a problem with a device connected to your PC. Am unexpected I/O error has occurred. Error code 0xc00000e9. This problem can happen when a removable storage device is removed while it's in use or failing. Press enter to try again. Press f8 for startup settings".
Why does it say so, any things I can do to fix it?
