does restarting windows soo many times corrupt or damage system files ?

Solution

No. Actually it's a much better alternative to just pulling the plug. But no when you do that windows does what it needs to shutdown. It won't cause any damage.

He was saying in theory eventually something will break if you do it any three minutes. But you're fine, the simple answer to your question is:

No.
