That's exactly why I always advise people not to use PC Part Picker for countries that will not work with PC Part Picker, though it is kind of inexcusable that PCPP doesn't serve India as of 2016.

That is an absolutely ridiculous amount of money to spend on a gaming rig. You won't make back that return on investment. Spend about half that and you'll still get a system that's perfectly capable of maxing everything out on 4K:

Here's what I would suggest:

Case: NZXT Noctis 450 - ₹12345
PSU: Seasonic SS 1000W - ₹ 17695
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Hero - ₹22435
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K - ₹29135
CPU Cooler: Swiftech H220 - ₹11915
RAM: G.skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Desktop RAM (F4-3200C16D-16GVKB) - ₹10520
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB - ₹9135
HD: Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB - ₹10050
GPU 1: MSI GeForce GTX 980TI - ₹57045
GPU 2: MSI GeForce GTX 980TI - ₹57045
OS: Windows 10 Home - ₹7975

Total: ₹245475 (USD $3,587.77)

Use the rest for a nice 4K monitor and whatever peripherals you want.

I often use PC to do the build and then use a local online source like Snapdeal to get pricing. But at this price point I just don't know where these high end components would come from, just not readily available.

One question, I just realized that you had linked to pricing at the ITDepot website. One person responded to me that it is not local to India so I stopped using it. Do you know what area they serve?

Really? I hadn't heard this before. If you have anything that can support this, let me know. I'm in the US so I can't speak for all the stores that get linked to at this site. But if there's any other / better stores for India definitely don't hesitate to let us know.

Well I am not much better than you, I live in Canada. The only thing that I have is the poster's response in the linked thread.

Having said this, a google search on ITDepot comes up with the description of "India's IT Online Shopping Store" so I have no clue.

The thing is spending $1,000 on a graphics card doesn't really make a PC any better than spending $700 on a graphics card. Once you get past a certain price point, you get some seriously diminishing returns on your investment and it won't be worth half of what you paid for it when you go to sell it. Just because you can spend that kind of money, doesn't mean you should.
