Are you sure you BIOS and remaining device drivers(namely GPU) are all up to date? Can you please pass on your full systems specs? Is this installation of Windows 10 based off a licence or the free upgrade path? Judging from your content, I'm assuming you've upgraded to Windows 10 from a previous version of Windows. If you haven't performed any hardware changes since installation/migration tool place you can go ahead and reinstall your OS following this guide.
