Which of these Monitors is the best?

Hello,
there 3 monitors almost the same price but i don't know which one is the best between them.
i want to use it for gaming and editing videos but i want one that doesn't harm my eyes a lot because i use my pc for hours.

1) 24 Samsung LED S24D300HS
2) 23.6 AOC LED E2476VWM6
3)24 BenQ LED GL2460HM
4)LG LED 22M47VQ-P

Is there a reason you are not looking at ips monitors? But out of these I would recommend the BenQ since they make high quality monitors and my friend has one that has been excellent.
