PSU, CPU Cooler and case fan upgrades for Dell XPS 8700

I have a stock Dell XPS 8700 (Intel Core I7 4790 3.6GHZ), that I added a EVGA GTX 960 2GB SSO and 32GB RAM (Corsair 1600MHZ DDR3 C10) too.

I believe the PSU is 470w, but the sticker has been removed. I would like to find a compatible CPU cooler for this machine, and a higher rated psu (maybe 700 or 800). Going to buy the PSU and CPU cooler online, but I would like to switch out the case fan with a noctua one.

If you have any suggestions or info, let me know.

dont invest anymore money into this you would be better to juat build a whole new computer in the long run
