Can someone please help me Turbo Boost AMD A8-6410 with Radeon R5 graphics

My head literally hurts with searching the internet on how to do this and I found nothing.

I have a HP Pavilion 15
AMD A8-6410 wirh Radeon R5 Graphics Card
Windows 10

I know this cpu cannot be overclocked however doing a Turbo Boost is very possible, boosting it from 2.0 GHz to 2.4 Ghz.

I have seen many people recommending to do it through BIOS however I cannot see the option in BIOS. Mainly because there is no Advanced menu. There isn't even an option for SATA or AHCI which I have been able to access in all previous Computers and Laptops I have had.

Have you downloaded AMD overdrive?
