I bought gtx 980 MSI to my existing PC and I have cooling problems.

Hi all, recently i bought gtx 980 MSI to my existing PC but right now i have big poblem. My CPU started to overheat so i changed paste and checked if cooler is mounted properly. I still have same issue cpu is about 90-100C hot everytime i play any new game (Xcom2 or Witcher3). Do you know why is this hapening? Right now im waiting for Noctua NH-L9x65 and Noctua NF-A9 PWM and I will try to cool down procesor somehow by new cooler( because i have stock one.Rest of my PC consist of : i5 3570k, motherboard: Z77 Mpower and Kingston 18GB RAM DDR3. So do I need to change motherboard procesor and case to run this graphic card or not? Thank you for any solution for my problem!

Sounds either like bad TIM or your cooler is no longer functional. Is it running at 100%? Are you sure its even working? Your temps are outrageous and is equal to not having any cooler. Definitely wait for your new cooler as Im sure yours is no longer working.
