I have a hp h8-1020 with a IPIS8-CU (Carmel 2) motherboard. I'm wanting to upgrade but don't have enough money to do much. I don't really know a whole lot about upgrading computers, I already have a new GPU (Zotac 750 Ti) and PS (Corsair 600m). I can't upgrade the CPU (Intel i7-2600) or ram. I need a new motherboard as the one in is really a POS but I can only spend maybe $100 more on upgrading. So I need ideas tips or anything really. Kinda needs to be one I can buy through BestBuy.

Best Buy (US) from what I looked up on their website doesn't seem to have any LGA 1155 boards (the type of board that you need.).

However if you're willing to get them from another place, ordering them online, I'd suggest this one:

Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008NA1K0S/?tag=pcpapi-20

Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131860&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

If you can't, then try looking around in computer shops for the following: "LGA 1155, Micro ATX motherboard with at least 4 RAM slots"

If you tell them this, you should find what you're looking for.

I'd avoid H61 chipsets (you can ask them the chipset type) but if you can't find anything else, go for it.
