Windows keeps changing keyboard language

This only happened to me when I installed Windows 10. It happened alot before and started to happen more often now again.

This language keeps changing to English, you can see here what I mean

I've researched alot, but didn't seem to find a solution. As you can see, I've done everything they said worked.

have you tried removing the english language pack?

assuming you dont need it

I tried to in cmd, but the only language pack that was shown was Swedish...

is this what you tried?

1. Open command prompt as administrator

2. Type Lpksetup /u and press enter, from the opened ‘install or uninstall display languages’ dialog, select the language packs you want to uninstall.
