Boot configuration data missing

I just built a new PC and was doing a fresh install of Windows. I get through then installation then it pops up an error

File efi\microsoft\boot\bcd
Status 0x00000f
The boot configuration for your PC is missing or contains errors

I formatted both drives when in the Windows install menu. I tried the repair but it doesn't find anything because I don't think it can find Windows. Can someone please help me figure this out.

Disconnect drive that you are not going to install Windows on.
