I recently just purchased a used Q6600 SLACR G0 core 2 Quad cpu from amazon, i dont plan to nor does my mobo support OC'ing. im just curious if my stock AVC Z7UH40Q001 Copper Pipe AM2/AM3 Cooler is sufficient??

i see some threads around here say if your not OC'ing then your good but just making sure

Unfortunately this cooler doesn't support socket 775, how much do you have to spend on a cooler? Also, do you have the correct motherboard for this CPU? What one do you have? If you had an AMD processor, you wont be able to use the same motherboard, it needs to be socket 775.
