error keeps popping up Script file

I keep getting this script file error. can not find script fild C:\ProgramData\{6a978254-3a15-53d2-8b93-23505b11f0de}\1.9.2.1\fiber.js
and it interfere's with my daily computing

1: Uninstall all Browsers(Firefox,Chrome..etc) but don't uninstall INTERNET EXPLORER!
2: open Internet Explorer/Advance Settings option/ RESET!
3: Restart Your Computer!
4: Reinstall The Other Browsers (If You want them back)
5: Fixed!
Simple as That!
