Runtime error 2105 at address (random address here) Scans not finding any viruses/trojans.

I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 last week and now I get a Runtime error 216 at address XXXXXXXXX (the address is different each time) when I run IE for the first time after a reboot. Google says I have the subseven torjin but no software people tell me to use finds anything to remove, this includes f-secure, malwarebytes, SUPERAntiSpyware and Windows Defender. What do I need to do to get rid of this error?

This thread explains the same thing about the SubSeven Trojan that may be causing the trouble.

You can follow the manual method given here to remove the virus from your computer.

If the above method fails, you can try Restoring Your PC to an Earlier Restore Point, i.e. to the time when you believe your computer worked fine.
