Help at Installing Windows / Fixing Boot Data Configuration

I'm Doing a Clean Install for my laptop then i install windows 10 and after the installing the features updates it gives me the error windows could not update boot configuration(tried windows 8.1 still same error) so i google some fixes i use cmd then typed bootrec /rebuildbcd it appears no windows installation 0 then tried bcdedit export bla bla said that the bcd store is lost how to fix this?

im using bootable usb when i boot to the hdd it gives me the error 0xc000034

If you have to resort to the commandline and /rebuildbcd, the install did not go right.

Redo it from the start, deleting ALL existing partitions as you go.

im stuck at the store export operation has failed. when i try to export bcdbackup tried to erase all partition
