One drive error. "Exception break point reached" - Windows 10

One drive error occurring saying break point reached then PC freezes completely the background turns black and everything stop like apps even the start wont pop up. then will have to restart the pc. and blue screen error also occur frequently like memory exception and service exception ks.sys. I just upgraded to windows 10 then also these errors are occurring.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- Next is to do a clean install of One Drive software.
- Here's a software that you can use to completely uninstall Microsoft OneDrive.

- Once uninstalled you can also just uninstall the 3rd part software used.
- Reboot your PC as well once the software was completely uninstalled.
- After the reboot do reinstall Microsoft OneDrive and see if the same problem will persist or not.
