windows remote desktop help!!!!

Hello, ive been using remote desktop connection forever and now that I got a new pc i cant seem to enable it because there isnt even an option to enable it. I have a screenshot below. Please Help!, thanks

Is this Win 10 Home, or Win 10 Pro? If Home, that's why.

Win 10 Home cannot host a RDC. Pro can.
