Can you please pass on your full system's specs? Your thread title seems to be too long for the space that was initially allocated for it. Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers are all up to date? Run memtest86 for 10 passes to rule out ram as being faulty.

*FYI the last file doesn't show anything on Bluescreenviewer and it'd be best if you allowed access for others so more suggestions can come through.
