I'm looking at potentially selling my son's current system to a friend and build him a newer/ITX form factor build. Please help suggest what I should sell the whole thing for with it being a friend in mind.

CPU: FX-8150 with included Asteek AIO closed loop cooler
RAM: 8GB 4X 2GB modules GSkil Ripjaws 1600
Motherboard: 990 series Fatal1ty ATX
GPU: 2X GTX 465 in SLI
Case: Rosewill blackhawk
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 850W
HDD: 1TB 7200 (WD Blue IIRC)
Windows 10

Let me know if I missed anything. KB/Mouse/Speakers/screen will be on them to get.

Thanks!

The value won't be high for that system as the GPU's are outdated and not so powerful, outdated CPU, rather low quality power supply. I wouldn't spend more than 250-280 dollars on it, and that might sounds ridiculous.

Not a terrible system. A GTX465 comes in around a GTX750 in terms of performance. A fairly cheap entry level card.

FX8150 is still contemporary, so it has some resale value, but not a lot, since it is an older architecture on a dead socket. Memory is effectively worthless, since it can be replaced with new ram for about $35.

Power supply is okay. Though most people here will say it isn't very good. (I've never had a TR2 blow up on me, but then again, I don't put them in gaming systems)

Which Asetek cooler it is would help with that, but depending on how old it is, I wouldn't want a used all-in-one.

Hard drives have little resell value.

Overall I'd say, maybe $300-400
