Asus h170 pro gaming freezes

Hey guys, i have an issue with my asus h170 pro gaming and intel i5 6500. The system freezes sometimes when i am gaming even when i'm using the browser. What solution do you suggest? All drivers are updated.

Test ram over night, test drives for any issues, monitor temps while gaming...

I have tested both ram and system temps. There are both fine. I also have stressed test the pc for over an hour and no errors were occurred.
