PC cannot display on screen, no usb power and cannot turn off through power button

So for Christmas I had gotten a new gaming PC, been running very well even for a budget rig, recently I had dropped my phone and it had hit the top of the PC now there is no display, no USB power and it is unable to be shut down from the power switch, this is my first post and would appreciate and advice given. Please don't be overly PC wordy thanks

Laptop or desktop? What is the model number?
What happens when you hold the power button for 10 seconds or so (it should turn off), then try to turn back on?

It's a desktop and as far as the model number goes I'm not sure it's been custom build and sent through overclockers, when I hold the power button for 10 seconds there's nothing at all
