Hi,

I'm having some trouble understanding the personalization settings in Win 10. Under Settings - Personalization - Background where you can choose a background picture I only have five pics to choose from which seem to be from some theme files carried over from Win 8.

If I then go to Settings - Personalization - Themes - Themes settings, it opens the old personalization window from Win 8 where I have some themes loaded in. If I select a theme and try to select one of the pictures from it it just opens up the Win 10 Settings - Personalization - Background window again.

Seems a bit bugged..

I assume you've looked for ''Browse'' below the 5 images?

Also you can just open a file in Windows Images, right-click it and select it as your background.

I don't understand the problem.

I clicked the W10 basic theme, and it kicked me back as you describe to the other interface.

I then chose an existing picture (or I can browse to one) and it automatically applied.

I can label and save the new theme.
